• Organized and produced film and managed team building. Coordinated the preparation and submission of reports and forms for a team of 28 for the academic project 

• Found, booked, and organized all filming locations - and then did it a second time because we had to change filming dates due to actor availability 

• booked and organized the transport vehicle for equipment transport 

• Created the transport grid, assigning crew members to vehicles for maximum efficiency for the driver and getting all crew members to set

• Organized the AAF from the editor, cleaned boom and lav tracks, utilized plugins like EQ, to de-reverb, de-noise, and match EQ levels between every dialogue recording. 

• Mixed the levels of all the SFX, sound design, and music to make sure they worked together cohesively and didn’t distract from the dialogue

• Utilized the school's Foley studio and mixing studios with their DSP consoles, including the Avid S1 Control Surface, Avid Protools Dock, and the Digidesign C24

• Organized, cleaned and renamed clips from the AAF, cleaned boom and Lav tracks, utilized plugins like EQ, to de-reverb, de-noise, and match EQ levels between every dialogue recording.

• Mixed the levels of all the SFX and sound design and music to make sure they worked together cohesively and didn’t distract from the dialogue – or intentionally making all SFX cover dialogue in a particular scene.

• Successfully remixed the entire film in a weekend, on a tight deadline, when the film’s score was completely redone. Was able to professionally and successfully navigate and problem solve in many stressful situations

Running Scared

• Organized the editor's sound design, added ambiences, foley and SFX to fill out the scene

• It was primarily a music video, so music took precedent over SFX, but finding a good balance between them was a fun challenge, as the music was orchestral, and it overpowered almost all of the sound design

• Successfully mixed a balance between the music and the sound design, and panned SFX throughout the stereo mix. Exported a streaming mix to general YouTube LUFS levels and a broadcast mix at -24LUFS

• Organized and produced film and managed team building. Coordinated preparation and submission of reports and forms for a team of 16 for the academic project
